MikroTik launches Rose Data Server RDS2216 – performance and full control for enterprise infrastructure
MikroTik introduces the Rose Data Server (RDS2216), a revolutionary solution for companies that want full control over their IT infrastructure, without relying on cloud providers with unclear policies. The new device combines ultra-fast NVMe storage, high-speed networking, and container support, providing a powerful and scalable platform for enterprise environments.
The RDS2216 features 20 NVMe U.2 slots, two 100G QSFP28 ports, a 16-core ARM processor at 2 GHz, and 32GB DDR4 RAM, capable of handling demanding storage, networking, and virtualization tasks. Additionally, it includes RouterOS, the most flexible networking operating system, with no subscriptions or hidden restrictions.
With an energy-efficient architecture, hot-swappable power supplies, and compatibility with OCI containers (such as MinIO, Nextcloud, Shinobi, and Frigate), the RDS2216 provides security, performance, and total autonomy for companies that want to manage their own data.
One device, endless possibilities – no subscriptions, no paywalls, just pure performance and a future-proof solution.
