Simple UPS control

The new LCD interface displays the exact values of input and output voltage, load, battery charge and estimated battery life. It is possible to adjust the output voltage, audible alarm and sensitivity.

The 5SC UPS is equipped with serial and USB ports, as well as relay inputs and outputs. HID-compatible USB port is automatically recognized by Windows, MAC and Linux.

The Eaton Intelligent Power Protector ® (IPP) software is included as standard. It is used for point-to-point connection to the UPS (via serial or USB ports) or network connection (with IPP being used as a proxy).

Reliable power supply protection

Pure sinusoidal output voltage: When operating in offline mode, the UPS 5SC outputs a sinusoidal voltage to power loads that are sensitive to the quality of electricity, for example, servers with a built-in reactive power compensation circuit.

The output voltage auto-regulation (Buck/Boost) function continuously compensates for input voltage fluctuations over a wide range, protecting the power supply of loads without switching to batteries.

Extended battery life: Eaton ABM ® accumulator battery management technology uses a unique three-stage charging algorithm that increases the battery life by 50%.

Flexibility in application

The small size makes it easy to place the UPS even in a limited space (self-service terminals, cash registers, ticket vending machines, etc.), and eight outputs increase the flexibility of connections.

Adjustable sensitivity to the voltage form allows the UPS to be adapted to any source of electricity (for example, a generator set).

Easy replacement of batteries on the front panel side to extend the service life of the UPS.
