The new MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax Access Point

The MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax is a compact and powerful Wi-Fi 6 access point, ideal for businesses that need a fast and secure mobile connectivity solution. Equipped with a 1.8 GHz ARM quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM, the cAP LTE12 ax runs RouterOS v7, offering a wide range of advanced features. These include hardware IPsec encryption, Wireguard support, complex firewall rules, multiple VPN tunnels for remote work and file sharing, as well as easy BGP support.

With a LTE CAT12 modem reaching speeds of up to 600 Mbps and Wi-Fi 6, the cAP LTE12 ax delivers remarkable performance, with up to 40% more speed on the 5 GHz band and up to 90% more speed on the 2.4 GHz band compared to previous generations. Wi-Fi 6 also brings significant improvements in energy efficiency and enhanced protection against attacks, including OWE/WPA3-PSK/WPA3-EAP encryption and management frame protection.
